Come as you are

Considering therapy? Maybe you’ve been carrying a story that’s felt heavy for too long.

Maybe you grew up in a home where things looked fine on the outside—but inside, it was unpredictable, chaotic, or lonely.

Maybe you’ve spent years caring for others while ignoring your own needs, unsure of what you even feel anymore, or knowing what your needs are.

You're not broken. You learned how to survive, and those strategies may have protected you when you were young, but now it’s time to find new ways to cope, to show care and compassion for yourself. Now, it’s time for you to remember who you are!

Therapy can be a space just for you, to remember what you love, what your purpose is, and find hope for the future.

About Me

I’m currently a student Psychotherapist in advanced training in Transactional Analysis. I offer affordable therapy under supervision as part of my accredited training.

I have a particular interest in working with trauma in women, individuals who grew up in families affected by alcohol misuse, also parental grief and people with ADHD. My aim is to support clients in understanding their patterns, healing past wounds, and moving toward greater self-awareness and choice.

My experience includes working for many years supporting families with complex issues, facilitating therapeutic groups for women in recovery, running training for professionals working in addiction, and I have been a spokesperson for those affected by parental addiction. I’ve led collaborative projects between charities to support this cause too, made award winning films around this subject, and developed other creative projects to help Children of Alcoholics to feel less alone, as an Ambassador for a national charity.

Your roots don’t need to define your bloom

My logo symbolizes the heart of my work as a therapist. It reflects the idea that no matter where we come from or what we’ve been through, we all have the capacity to grow, change, and thrive.

The wildflowers represent resilience, strength and beauty often born from difficult roots. Just like wildflowers can flourish in unexpected places, healing and transformation can emerge even from trauma we have suffered along the way.

Through the therapeutic process, we can explore what you would like to focus on or change in the here and now. We can also gently look at the roots together if you choose to, with compassion and curiosity—not to erase the past, but to understand it and make new, empowering choices in the present. We can also explore what you would like the flowers to look like in the future, for you to find your passion and purpose in life.
